Meeting Budget Overview
- Work with the planning group to develop a budget for conference needs. Taking into consideration registration income, grant or other income, and anticipated expenses.
- Assist in reviewing the preliminary budget to help recommend an adequate registration fee for the event.
Meeting AR/AP Services
- Collect accounts receivable from income sources.
- Pay invoices and bills relating to the event.
Membership AR/AP Services
- Collect membership fees.
- Pay invoices and bills relating to the organizations membership needs.
Bookkeeping/Account Reconciliation
- Manage bank accounts, collection of accounts receivable, processing of accounts payable, and monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Provide necessary reports and documentation as requested.
